Gourmet restaurant „Forellenstube“ 

The “Forellenstube” is the culinary heart of the country house hotel Landhaus „Zu den Rothen Forellen“ and well-known by epicures from near and far. Listed in all the restaurant guides of the Harz region, it is a special tip and highly recommended for lovers of the exquisite cuisine.


Besides the excellent food prepared by our chef Arne Linke and his team, you will also be able to round your meal off with a good drop of wine from our superb wine cellar and a wonderful dessert.
