Celebrate your wedding in the country house “Zu den Rothen Forellen” at the foot of the Brocken in the beautiful Harz mountains. Our 5-star country house directly on the glittering Trout Lake offers the perfect setting for your stylish wedding celebration.
Indulge yourself and your guests with an appetizer buffet, great variations on the main course and a first-class dessert buffet. We will be happy to submit a buffet proposal individually tailored to your wishes. For the festive coffee table, our country house patisserie will create various cakes and tarts according to your wishes.
To ensure that everything goes perfectly on your big day, we have also put together a selection of special partners that we would like to recommend to you. We will be happy to put you in touch with wedding photographers, florists and musicians. We will also gladly name experienced experts in bridal hairstyle and cosmetics.

For your wedding celebration in the Harz Mountains, various event rooms and open-air locations are available in the country house “Zu den Rothen Forellen” and in the spacious outdoor area.

Country house foyer / lobby
The Landhaus Foyer, our lobby, is located in the front area of the historic Junkerhof and includes our bar and fireplace. The lobby is particularly suitable for standing receptions, musical accompaniment on the grand piano and a cozy end to your celebrations at the trout bar.

“Country House Restaurant”
In our “Landhaus-Restaurant” you can enjoy a wonderful romantic view of the trout lake. It is suitable for wedding parties with up to 130 people and offers enough space. A live band and a spacious dance floor can be found in the foyer.

“Coachman’s parlor”
The “Kutscherstube” is located in the front area of the historic Junkerhof and is wonderfully suitable for small, closed parties of up to 50 people. In addition, the “Kutscherstube” can also be booked as a wedding room.

Gourmet Restaurant “Trout Tavern
The “Forellenstube” is located in the historic Junkerhof on the lake side and is particularly suitable for small and especially sophisticated celebrations with up to 20 people as well as for standing receptions with a maximum of 30 guests.

Lakeside terrace
Located directly on Trout Lake, the lakeside terrace is suitable for outdoor standing receptions as well as full outdoor wedding ceremonies for up to 80 people.

Banquet area
Our spacious banquet area is located in the new building of the country house and is ideal for events in a private and undisturbed setting. From here you can go directly to the country house garden. This area is suitable for wedding celebrations with up to 80 guests.
